Starting September 25th and running until December 13th,
Garden State Apartments will be teaming up with American School of Business to host
a Real Estate Salespersons Pre-Licensing course. The eleven week course will prepare
attendees for the state examination. Upon completion of our course, students will
receive a \"Certificate of Completion\" which is used to gain admission into the state
exam.

This course is also available to those interested in acquiring a basic knowledge of
buying and selling real estate, and also provides an update and review for
practicing salespersons.
